This Monday, July 31, I will be at Bastion in Wedgewood Houston celebrating Wiley Canning Company’s third birthday. I am making recipes from The Wiley Canning Company Cookbook to pair with Bastion nachos, such as Simple Pickled Onions, Pickled Jalapeño Peppers, Pineapple Coconut Jam, and more.
